The villa is maintained to an impeccable standard by Vistapark Management, which is conveniently located at Vistapark Resort Reception Centre and offers complete services for maintenance and guest services. Vistapark is a gated community and has onsite security. The accommodation is fully air conditioned and comprises of Sitting room with cable TV, stereo and VCR, dining area with seating for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic top full size cooker, Microwave, large fridge/freezer with drinks dispenser/ice-maker and dishwasher with a pine table and chairs to seat 6.

The villa has five bedrooms 2 master suites both with king size beds with TV, DVD and video with en-suite bathrooms containing spa bath, twin sinks, shower and toilet one with a balcony over looking the Orange Groves. There are 3 further bedrooms upstairs two with twin beds, one has an ensuite shower room and the other shares a jack n Jill bathroom with the remaining double bedroom.  The house has the benefit of 5.5 bathrooms. Outside there is a SOUTH FACING 31 x 17 swimming pool and spa with underwater lighting for night time swimming with mesh screening (to keep out the insects) and plenty of patio chairs and sun lounges with an under cover patio with lighting and fans for those hot hot days!!!
