The swimming pool and circular spa, measuring 30 x 17 is SOUTH FACING and is heated at an additional cost (normally recommended for the winter months Oct-April). The pool area is fully enclosed by mesh to keep out unwanted insects but lets the sun in. The pool has underwater lighting for night-time swimming and also has a porch area with lights and a fan. A full range of poolside furniture is provided. The electric BBQ is located by the French doors and is fully equipped with fans.
